Walmart+ costs $98 a year in the United States, as Walmart's membership page shows in the Internet Archive copy of October 8, 2026, and $12.95 a month in the copy of January 2, 2026. Twelve monthly payments come to $155.40, so the annual plan saves $57.40. Walmart+ Assist, for qualifying government assistance recipients, and Walmart+ Student cost $49 a year or $6.47 a month, half the regular price. Members get free delivery on orders of $35 or more, free shipping with no minimum on most Walmart.com items, a fuel discount of 10 cents a gallon at participating stations, and one ad-supported streaming service, Peacock Premium or Paramount+ Essential, which can be switched every 90 days. Walmart's page offers a first 30 days for $1. Walmart+ is included in Sam's Club Plus.

The streaming choice
Peacock Premium costs $12.99 a month on its own and Paramount+ Essential $8.99. A Walmart+ member who would otherwise pay for either saves its full price, $155.88 or $107.88 a year, which covers most or all of the $98 fee. Walmart's page puts the streaming value at up to $129 a year. The choice is the ad-supported tier only.
What this site could not date
The Walmart+ fee has been $98 a year since the service launched, in every copy read here. The copies of Walmart's page available did not allow a reliable reading of the monthly price before January 2026, so this page gives no history for it rather than a guessed one.
